We will:

Conduct a school-based curriculum inventory analysis to identify instructional assets and areas for growth based on prioritized standards in high-stakes subject areas.

Build crosswalk alignments of existing curriculum resources to state content area standards.

Develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks, inclusive of usable scope and sequences and pacing guides specific to grade levels and subject areas.

Create high-leverage lesson plan templates and component checklists.

Apply backward mapping design to construct, or co-construct through embedded support, common formative and summative assessments driven by priority standards, state, and end-of-course assessment blueprints.

Provide embedded coaching on best practices for student performance data collection, retrieval, analysis, and next steps decision-making using current progress monitoring systems.
