Use consensus-building tactics to guide teams in developing a schoolwide mission and vision, a set of core values, and collective commitments to drive results.

Guide teams to identify the domain pillars and action steps that operationalize strategic plans and embed them into the school culture.

Develop milestone indicator tools based on a continuum of performance to monitor and guide the strategic plan's implementation progress.
