Biography:
Dr. Catherine Tedesco is a seasoned educator and educational consultant with over three decades of experience in school and district leadership, curriculum development, and instructional improvement. She currently serves as a lead consultant of Learning Logic Associates, LLC, where she partners with schools and districts to conduct comprehensive needs assessments, guide evidence-based instructional strategies, and support curriculum alignment with state standards. Her work emphasizes tailored interventions for struggling learners, English language learners (ELLs), and students with disabilities (SWDs), helping educational teams implement sustainable, student-centered solutions.
Throughout her career, Dr. Tedesco has held leadership roles at the school, district, and state levels, including serving as Assistant Principal, Manager of Elementary Education, and Executive Director of Instructional Services. She has directed multimillion-dollar federal programs (Title I, II, and III), overseen the design and rollout of balanced literacy curricula, and coordinated professional development initiatives across dozens of schools. Whether mentoring administrators, evaluating programs, or managing instructional budgets, her approach remains grounded in data-driven decision-making and equity-focused leadership.
In addition to her district leadership, Dr. Tedesco has served as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University, sharing her expertise in reading instruction, literacy diagnostics, and children’s literature with aspiring educators. She is a recognized thought leader, having presented at national and state conferences, contributed to key educational publications, and advised renowned publishers such as Scholastic and Heinemann. Her influence has helped shape the instructional practices and policy development in diverse educational settings.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Tedesco holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Lynn University, a Master’s in Education as a Reading Specialist and a Bachelor of Arts in Exceptional Education. She remains committed to supporting educational equity and excellence, continuously engaging in professional training on topics such as close reading, text complexity, Marzano Framework, and differentiated instruction. Her deep-rooted passion for improving student outcomes continues to inspire educators and leaders across the nation.

Dr. Jill A. East is an Associate Professor of Education at Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she prepares the next generation of teachers through a research-driven approach to instruction. With over 25 years of experience in public schools and higher education, her work demonstrates a lifelong commitment to literacy development, mentorship, and academic excellence.
Dr. East began her career as a classroom teacher and reading specialist in Pennsylvania before transitioning into instructional leadership roles in Florida. Over the years, she has served as a literacy coach, professional development facilitator, and curriculum specialist, supporting teachers and administrators across multiple school districts. Her experience encompasses urban, suburban, and multilingual learning environments, with a particular emphasis on serving English learners and students with exceptional needs.
At Palm Beach Atlantic, she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in education, specializing in reading instruction, classroom discourse, and curriculum design. Known for her dynamic and discussion-based classrooms, she challenges her students to think critically, communicate with purpose, and teach with compassion. She incorporates multimedia, real-world case studies, and debate protocols into her courses, encouraging students to engage with diverse perspectives while grounding their pedagogy in service-minded leadership.
Dr. East frequently presents at national and state conferences, including the International Literacy Association and the Florida Reading Association. Her recent scholarship explores oral language development, argument-based literacy instruction, and the role of teacher self-efficacy in student achievement. She has contributed to peer-reviewed journals and educational platforms such as Edutopia, Teaching Times, and the Journal of Research in Childhood Education.
In addition to her academic work, Dr. East has secured multiple professional development and literacy grants, including funding from the Mary and Robert Pew Foundation and Palm Beach Atlantic’s Quality Improvement initiative. She continues to mentor new educators, lead professional learning communities, and support literacy outreach programs aimed at reducing summer learning loss.

Biography:
Informed by more than 30 years of K-12 public education experience, Mollye has a thorough understanding of the complexities inherent in providing effective and appropriate supports and services, while adhering to the full range of federal, state, and local requirements. Her dedication to student and teacher success is evident in her drive to design structures and processes for successful outcomes for all students, including implementation and sustainability in all learning environments.
Mollye’s extensive experience includes eighteen years in educational leadership and administrative roles. Prior to joining Learning Logics Associates, Mollye served as a Senior Consultant for Public Consulting Group LLC, acting as the national lead for the EDPlan MTSS platform. Ms. Kiss worked with school districts and state education agencies on student success projects, providing implementation and leadership support for large-scale Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) initiatives nationally.
Mollye served as the Coordinator of Special Education and Student Services for a school district in Florida which included the oversight of staffing, budget, curriculum, materials, facilities, child find, due process hearings, and compliance with all state and federal requirements related to special education.
Preceding this position, she served in several administrative positions including Coordinator of MTSS-RtI, ESE Program Specialist and Transition Specialist. Mollye has experience with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Through her experience as district liaison to community, advisory, and parent groups, Mollye has held fast to her commitment to children and families.
Additional significant experience includes coaching, curriculum development, instructional strategies/assessment, and building a strong culture and climate focused on learning.

Teresa is a dedicated and accomplished educator with nearly 30 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles, including educational consultant, curriculum developer, instructional coach, and interventionist. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on advancing instructional equity, driving school improvement, and supporting student success. Teresa has worked closely with districts and schools to conduct needs assessments, align curriculum with state standards, and implement data-driven instructional practices. Her work emphasizes building collaborative school cultures that prioritize effective teaching and measurable student outcomes.
As both a strategic leader and skilled practitioner, Teresa has developed standards-aligned curricula across multiple content areas and grade levels, supported effective use of the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) model and guided schools in leveraging the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework. She has designed and delivered extensive professional development, specializing in literacy and instructional coaching. With advanced degrees in education, leadership, and reading, Teresa is deeply committed to inclusive, high-impact education that empowers educators and transforms learning environments for all students.

Dr. Timothy Aitken is a transformative educational leader with over 25 years of experience spanning the full spectrum of K-12 education. His career reflects a deep commitment to improving student achievement, empowering educators, and building sustainable systems of excellence across schools and districts.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Aitken has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. He successfully led multiple school turnarounds, most notably elevating Dr. David L. Anderson Middle School from a “D” to an “A” school rating, earning a Governor’s Award for Math Student Achievement and Improved Learning Gains scoring in the top 5% of all schools statewide.
As a District Administrator for School Improvement, Dr. Aitken partners with school leaders to innovate systems, analyze data, and implement action plans that drive student outcomes. He also serves as an adjunct professor for the ELITE program at Florida Atlantic University, mentoring aspiring educational leaders.
Dr. Aitken’s leadership philosophy is grounded in collaboration, creating compelling visions, and building collective teacher efficacy. He has presented at local and national conferences, sharing expertise in professional learning communities, instructional protocols, and systemic school reform.
Dr. Aitken holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership & Policy, and has completed multiple leadership academies, including graduating from the esteemed Florida Chancellor’s Leadership Academy and the National Institute of School Leadership.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Aitken has been married for 25 years and is the proud father of three daughters. His dedication to both his family and his work exemplifies his belief in fostering strong relationships that last.

Dr. Kathryn Morem has served as a dedicated leader in Education for over 30 years. She has been a teacher at both the elementary and high school levels, a school assistant principal and principal, and a district director of professional development in the public school sector. She is a senior-level consultant for Solution Tree, Inc., one of the largest purveyors of professional development services, and the president of her consulting firm, Learning Logic Associates, LLC, leading a highly skilled team of colleagues that share in critical school transformation work across the country.
Dr. Morem has also served as an adjunct college professor, taught International Baccalaureate overseas in Geneva, Switzerland, and held key roles in education technology companies, directing strategic sales and project implementations across the United States. Dr. Morem has successfully designed and led large-scale district initiatives in Florida and developed innovative school instructional models, raising learning, achievement, and district accountability ratings, and has been cited in current research for school turnaround practices that build instructional capacity. Her unwavering commitment to high-quality experiences for students has also been informed by her international work experience in Geneva and Mexico City, where she gained extensive knowledge on innovative school design models that yield top-tier results. She graduated from the esteemed Florida Commissioner’s Leadership Academy and National Institute of School Leadership. Dr. Morem holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lynn University, a Master’s Degree in Education - Curriculum & Instruction, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language, both from Arizona State University.
