We will:

Support teams to collectively identify and commit to high-leverage strategies and learning formats for Tier 1 core instruction and intervention processes.

Provide embedded coaching and explicit professional learning on the use of high-leverage strategies.

Develop a strategy “look-for” tool using a low to mid- to high-impact continuum to accurately identify current performance levels and engage in professional reflection and growth.

Co-create master schedule, staff organization plans, and instructional models that support accessible and inclusive learning for English Learners (EL) based on WIDA “Can-do” descriptors of language development and the aligned “GO-TO” strategies and techniques.

Develop and/or align current performance evaluation models to the core instructional model of the school.
