Teacher Recruitment and Retention Plan Development

We will:

  • Co-construct multi-faceted plans to effectively locate and attract high-quality instructional staff to schools using technology-generated and on-site solutions.

  • Co-develop strategic plans using available school and community resources to incentivize, recognize, and reward staff and students in areas of growth and achievement.

  • Construct school climate and satisfaction surveys that elicit quality feedback from certified and non-certified staff, students, and parents to drive improvement across the school community.

  • Develop performance evaluation frameworks based on evidence-based indicators in the domains of intentional planning, classroom instruction, deliberate growth and practice, and professional practices.

  • Design protocols to support reflective growth and practice using technology-based artificial intelligence (AI), video recording of practice, collaborative focus groups, and feedback formats.

  • Create performance improvement plans using a continuum-based indicator tool to foster targeted feedback, goal setting, and aligned action items.

  • Develop new teacher orientation and mentoring programs to effectively onboard and support continued growth on school policies and procedures, classroom and resource management, use of data information systems, collaborative planning practices, and performance goal attainment.
