MTSS is inclusive of special education and ensures students with disabilities receive the support they need while still benefiting from high-quality, evidence-based instruction. MTSS helps school personnel identify, support, and provide interventions early, reducing the number of special education referrals while ensuring that students who require individualized services get them efficiently.
Learning Logic consultants are well versed in laws governing special education such as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and will provide guidance to ensure that children with diverse needs receive a free and appropriate public education (FAPE).
